Lead packaging development for a global portfolio of approximately 100 SKUs across OLLY and Liquid I.V., supporting commercialization and lifecycle management across North America, Latin America, and Asia. Lead cross-functional packaging initiatives, localized production strategies, manufacturing qualification, transit testing, risk assessment, and distribution performance.
MCCORMICK & COMPANY
Led packaging specification work supporting the DevEx platform and SAP ECC data migration. Developed 17 packaging specification templates and supporting data structures. Directed data mapping and transformation activities across packaging portfolios. Established and executed pre-load and post-load validation. Executed UAT and FAT. Developed and investigated finished-goods BOM calculation logic. Partnered across Packaging, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT. Broader migration and validation remained underway when my involvement ended.

Managed packaging development for the French’s condiment portfolio. Evaluated a lightweight-glass initiative representing an estimated $1.9M annual savings opportunity and identified manufacturing limitations through validation. Led business-case development for a $1.2M closure-tooling capital investment. Qualified PET bottle tooling and supported co-manufacturer commercialization and line trials.
